Connie's role as Recruitment and Social Work Administrator at Fostering Together involves her in Safer Recruitment processes for wider community members in the team, including Support Workers, Panel Members, Independent Social Workers & Family Assessors, and others. She aslo provides essential general administrative support to our Social Work team. She began my career working as a HR assistant in school settings, where she supported the recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR administration. She also has previously supported running enrichment activities for children at a Holiday Activities Food (HAF) Programme. Her career has lead her to Fostering Together where she joined to combined her skils and passions into a meaningful role supporting those in wider teams around children who have disabilities.
