Matt is an experienced manager whose previous appointments include roles in both the private and public sectors; working in education, marketing and business operations. Prior to founding Fostering Together in 2019, Matt held other senior positions in the fostering sector for over six years, where he developed extensive knowledge and experience in managing a fostering service.

As our Responsible Individual, Matt represents Fostering Together to Ofsted and works alongside Fostering Manager, Greg, to ensure our service is safe, well run, and complies with legislation and regulations.

Matt strives to ensure that our supportive community of carers, support workers and other professionals provide the best possible care, support and stability in a loving environment to vulnerable children who are unable to live with their own families.
