Merfyn plays a key role in supporting our team out on the road, driving our Accessible Support Facility to events and ensuring it’s ready for families to use. He helps create a safe, dignified space for children and young people with personal care needs, making sure they can fully enjoy days out in places where suitable facilities might not otherwise be available. Outside of work, Merfyn enjoys watching rugby and spending time fishing.
