Hi I'm Neil, and I'm part of the team at Fostering Together. We're seeking new and experienced foster families to join us on our journey to transform the fostering experience for foster carers so that they can focus on delivering exceptional foster care.
I joined this friendly and professional group because everyone shares common values and want the fostering service to excel.
Our staff team all wanted to return to the sector to create a new Outstanding service for foster carers and children in care. Having each being part of teams who have previously developed services to achieve Outstanding Ofsted ratings, we bring knowledge and experience of how to develop a unique service to promote the best outcomes for children in care.
Fostering Together is different because staff and foster carers work as a team and are develop the service together for the good of everyone involved, and we are looking for more fostering families to join our happy family.
