Rachael embarks on her Social Work Degree

We have had a fantastic development within our staff team to share this month, as founding team member and previous Operations Manager at Fostering Together, Rachael Gosbee, will be on her way to become a Registered Social Worker!

Rachael, who has been with the team from day 1 is now committing to an exciting change over the next few years as she'll seek qualifications to join Greg and Julie to work directly with families to support, supervise and celebrate successes!

Rachael already has over 10 years’ experience in the fostering sector and has wide ranging expertise in helping to deliver our fostering service to families who care for children and young people with a broad-spectrum of complex health needs.

...and we think that with her wealth of experience in the sector, she's a shoe-in for success! 

In her Operations Manager role, Rachael has already helped to form our efficient HR & administration processes, foster carer assessments, panel administration, engagement and quality assurance throughout our service and some of this vital work will be put into our most recent team member, Debbie's, very capable hands, with other parts still being managed by Rachael.
