Introducing some new team members - Chloe & Connie!

We’re delighted to introduce two fantastic new members of the Fostering Together team who have joined us in 2026! 🚀💛

Both Chloe and Connie bring valuable experience, passion, and commitment to supporting children, young people, and foster families across our communities. We’re thrilled to have them on board as we continue to grow and strengthen our support for foster carers across the UK. 🌱

👩‍💼 Chloe – Supervising Social Worker

We are pleased to welcome Chloe to the team as a Supervising Social Worker, supporting families across the South East. 🌍💙

Chloe joins us with significant experience from Local Authority Children’s Social Work services, including work within Looked After Children’s teams. She has supported children, families, and carers across a wide range of needs and circumstances.

Her experience also includes working closely with young people who are unaccompanied asylum seekers and have experienced trauma, supporting them to navigate complex systems and advocating strongly on their behalf. 🧠🤝

Chloe is passionate about working collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to ensure children are fully supported to thrive. We are really excited for her to bring this approach into her role with the Fostering Together community. 🌱💡

🏘️ Connie – Recruitment & Social Work Administrator

We are also delighted to welcome Connie to the team as our Recruitment & Social Work Administrator, based in Ashford and supporting our growing community of foster carers and professionals. 🌱💛

Connie brings a strong background in HR and safe recruitment within education settings, and is now applying this experience within the wider context of supporting children and young people with disabilities and additional needs in fostering services. 🧑‍💼📋

Her skills and experience will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our recruitment processes and helping us continue to build a strong, safe and caring fostering community.
