☀️ Supporting Accessibility at the With Ibby Caribbean Festival

Our mobile Changing Places facility, Lulu, spent a sunny afternoon out with Matt and Neil supporting the brilliant With Ibby Caribbean Festival 🌴🎶💛

We were delighted to be invited along by our friends at With Ibby to support such a vibrant and inclusive community event. The festival brought together music, activities and entertainment for families across the local area, creating a fantastic atmosphere for everyone who attended. 🎉

By having Lulu on site, disabled young people and individuals who require personal care support were able to comfortably enjoy a full afternoon of festivities. ♿️💙 This ensured that everyone could take part in the event in a safe, dignified and accessible way.

At Fostering Together, we regularly support community events and partner organisations to help make activities more accessible for children, young people and families with additional needs. 💛 This includes providing practical support such as accessible facilities, as well as working collaboratively with event organisers to reduce barriers to participation and inclusion.

With Ibby continues to do fantastic work supporting disabled and vulnerable children and families across Romney Marsh in Kent and surrounding areas, through accessible transport, day trips and community-based activities. 🚙
